Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
All approved returns are refunded as store credit. Store credit will be issued to your account within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened skincare or wellness products
- Spell jars, candles, and ritual items that have been used
- Digital downloads
- Sale or discounted items
How to Start a Return
